  Utterly disgusted in your restaurant today. Had to go get my meal because it was not delivered to our table. There were enough staff to cook serve and clean but no they were chatting. The toilets were dirty, the tables and floor were dirty, heck the road out the front was cleaner than your restaurant. The best bit, it was dead quiet. Not the first time I have made complaints. Your overall quality and efficiency is up and down more than a yoyo. Will be visiting another store which is annoying because your store is in our direct travels. You need to fix your store and teach the staff there how to run a store to its full potential. Oh and when you order a meal and both burgers are wrong then you have a huge problem which had happened on more than one occasion and regularly. Not good enough

  Meal was cold supposed to cook as you wait sat down to eat and burger and chips were just warm not happy

  Asked if had lactose free milk said yes charged extra 50 cents but didnt have the milk. No refund

  Waited for my order it was cold then i had to wait for the coffee the 2 small fries were 1 small fries other than that it's normally okay

  Great service, great food! The food was delivered to our table and was very fast and tasty.
