  Worst fish and chips ever had. New owners don't have any idea compared to the old ones. Butter fish was dry as and the batter was so soggy , potato cakes were the cheapest mass produced (yuk). Chips were cold and felt like they had been cooked from frozen and my scallops were cold and raw. This used to be a great fish shop but now i would stay well clear , go to petes or alder st down the road, its was that bad.

  Shop has been taken over by the guy who ran Long Gully Fish Shop for 10 years, until recently. Ask anybody what that shops reputation was like. My fish was perfect. Batter is light and crisp. Potato cakes are made in house (not bought in) and are excellent. One of the few in Bendigo to still do this.

  The best fish and chips in Bendigo. The fish is delicious and the batter is really crispy. Definitely recommend trying it!

  Wow ... great job everybody.. i ordered a hamburger with the lot.. it was just delish...potato cakes were so crispy i wanted more... come try for yourself and staff are really friendly, ill be back.....

  New owners so I thought I'd give them a try. Great fish and chips and fast service. My new favourite take away.
