  Be very wary of their prices. Went to price a Dyson vacuum cleaner and it was tagged nearly $200 more than a local competitor. I asked if they would match the price. Got a reply that because the competitor didn't have the same in stock in Bendigo they wouldn't come to the party. Short trip to Melbourne $200 cheaper and bonus offer on a car kit. lol.

  Plenty of friendly staff, who are happy to leave be those who already know what they're after. Good brands for low prices, and I always come out with new ideas for future acquisitions. 10/10 recommend.

  Very good communication on the phone, quick to respond and knew what they were talking about. They had a laptop that was not on web site so I went in to take a look. When I got there it took quite a while to be acknowledged (and to be served). When I asked for the guy on the phone he wasn't anywhere near as friendly. I asked to "see" the laptop (because I wanted to see it in operation and how quickly it loaded applications) and he pointed to one on display and said "It looks exactly like that one". I DID end up buying a laptop because I really needed one and the model they were offering was good value. If only the experience IN STORE was a good as the phone, this would have been a 5 star review.

  Suprisingly cheaper than you'd expect. Brought a dryer that was hard to find in stock at good guys and other stores and was about $100 less compared to else where
