    On Friday 3rd March we were having trouble with an online activation of our new Mstercards. So we decided to pop into the Kangarood Flat Branch of the Commonwealth Bank to get some help. The lady who sloved our issue is named Scarlett. Her knowledge and her ability to apply her knowledge to solve our problem was effecient and effective. A huge thank you to Scarlett for her polite and professional manner.
